Gojira and Discoballs Concert

Gojira (or George Dorin Andreescu), started music around 16 and, although he came to Bucharest for medical studies, he has found another way of curing people. Not that he have up the medical studies. Gojira was part of "Selectro" show team (at Activ FM), and Kosak, his partner, has been the director of "Oscilatii" show (at Delta RFI). Currently he no longer is just the man who spins the disks, but also an electronic music producer. Electro, Techno, Break-beat are styles that, performed by Gojira, convince the audience that the warming up idea cannot take place with cold blood.
A lot can be said about DJ Gojira, but, in the end, one of the most relevant words remains this one: charismatic!

Discoballs means Alexei - synth/sampler, Mizdan – bass guitar/synth, Christian - drums/percussion. The livelu approach the Discoballs “experiments” laboratory, one of the few electro projects in Romania that use instruments during their shows (drums, bass, keyboard, etc). Discoballs cannot be included in only one musical type. Their sounds and rhythms can be classified in various currents, from Electronic to Drum & Bass or Big Beat. But if we could search through the musical subdivisions, we could classify them, let’s say, in a special musical style, called... liquid-funk.
And all we can say is that their music really flows …
